Zovemi is a movement and wellbeing app. It asks you personal questions in order to build you a plan, so it matters that you know exactly where those answers go. The short version: almost everything stays on your phone, analytics and crash reporting are off until you switch them on, and nothing here is sold or used for advertising.

Who is responsible. The app is published by Szymon Dziedzic. For anything about your data, write to support@zovemi.com and we will answer within 30 days.

1. What stays on your device

These are stored in the app's own storage on your phone. They are not uploaded to us, and we cannot read them:

Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also clear it from Profile → Your data without deleting the app.

2. Your account

You can look around and run the free preview without an account. If you do sign in, we use Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) and store only what identifies the account:

An account exists so your subscription follows you to a new phone. It is not used to profile you.

3. Your subscription

Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card, your billing address or your Apple ID password. To know whether your subscription is active we use RevenueCat, Inc., which stores an anonymous customer identifier and the receipt state Apple returns. If you redeem an offer code, the code goes to Apple's own redemption sheet — it is not logged by us or stored in your account.

4. Analytics and crash reports — off by default

Both are opt-in. Until you turn them on in Profile → Privacy, nothing is collected and nothing leaves your phone. Turning them down does not limit any feature of the app.

WhatProviderDefaultWhat it contains
Product analyticsFirebase AnalyticsOff A fixed list of events — screens reached in onboarding, plan built, session started or finished, paywall seen, purchase started or completed, reminders on or off. Nothing free-text.
Crash reportsFirebase CrashlyticsOff The technical state of the app at the moment it crashed: device model, OS version, stack trace.

The app enforces a blocklist in code. These can never be attached to an analytics event, even by mistake: notes, injuries, pain descriptions, pregnancy, allergies, weight, measurements, email, name, promo codes and error text. That check runs in every build and fails the test suite if it is broken.

5. Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally by your phone at the time you chose. They are not sent from a server, and no reminder content leaves the device. You can revoke the permission in iOS Settings at any time; the app then tells you plainly that the system is blocking them.

6. Who else touches your data

That is the entire list. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers, no third-party trackers in the app, and no cross-app tracking. We do not sell or share personal data, in the sense those words carry under the CCPA/CPRA.

7. How long it is kept

On-device data lives until you delete it or remove the app. Account data lives until you delete your account. Analytics events, if you enabled them, follow Firebase's retention and are deleted when you turn analytics off — the app also asks Firebase to reset the collected data at that moment. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

8. Your rights

You can do most of this yourself, inside the app, without writing to anyone:

If you are in the EEA or the UK, your legal bases are: performing the contract (running the app and your subscription), your consent (analytics, crash reporting, notifications), and our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and working. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Children

Zovemi is not intended for children. Do not use it if you are under 16, and do not let a child use your account. We do not knowingly collect anything from children; if you believe we have, write to us and it will be removed.

10. Health information

Some of what you tell the app during onboarding — injuries, conditions, pregnancy, how a session felt — is sensitive. That is exactly why it is kept on your device, never attached to an analytics event, and never uploaded to us. Zovemi does not connect to Apple Health and does not read anything from it.

11. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you the next time you open it. Continuing to use Zovemi after that means the new version applies.
