Terms of use
Last updated 30 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Zovemi, published by Szymon Dziedzic, for use of the Zovemi app. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app.
Zovemi is not medical care. It is general movement and wellbeing content. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or midwife. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a condition, taking medication that affects exercise, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a professional before you start — and stop immediately if a movement causes pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or breathlessness.
1. What the app is
Zovemi builds you a 30, 60 or 90-day plan of yoga, mobility and gentle strength from the answers you give it, and guides you through each session with recorded voice cues. It also offers audio sessions, optional wellbeing tracking and an optional weight-trend module. The plan is produced by a fixed rule set — not by a machine-learning model — and the same answers always produce the same plan.
2. Your responsibility
- Answer the onboarding questions honestly, especially about limitations. The app can only exclude what you tell it about.
- Judge your own capacity on the day. Take the gentler variation whenever you want one; it is always one tap away.
- Use the app somewhere safe — clear floor, stable surface, nothing you can fall against.
- Don't use the audio sessions, including the binaural tracks, while driving, cycling, operating machinery or anywhere that needs your attention. Keep the volume at a level where you can still hear the room.
- You must be 16 or older.
3. Subscriptions and payment
A preview session is free and needs no account. Everything else is behind a subscription:
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account, in your own currency, at the price shown in the app at the moment of purchase.
- The annual plan begins with a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Offer codes are redeemed through Apple's own sheet, which shows the discounted price before you confirm. We never change a price inside the app.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to the email address or Apple/Google account you sign in with. Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
5. What you may and may not do
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and its content for your own, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform or republish the exercise content, animations, audio or voice recordings; reverse-engineer the app; use it to build a competing product; or scrape it.
6. Content and ownership
The app, its content, name, logo and design are ours or licensed to us. The trainer shown in the app is a fictional character; nothing about her is a real person's endorsement. Anything you write into the app — notes, check-ins, reflections — stays yours and stays on your device.
7. Availability
We try to keep the app working, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and content may be added or removed. If we retire the app entirely we will say so in advance and stop billing.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zovemi is provided "as is" and we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of it, including any decision you make on the basis of its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Ending it
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in your Apple account and delete the app. We can end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, liability, governing law — survive.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
11. Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the app tells you. Continuing to use Zovemi after that means the new version applies.
